USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

All That’s Physical knows your privacy is important.  We will treat your personal information according to privacy law.  The details you provide to us and other information that we hold about you are collected for the purpose of assessing you before commencing a fitness package.  

Sometimes All That's Physical may need to disclose your personal information to other organisations, including our insurers, lawyers, Government or private health insurance bodies and the like.  For health insurance reasons, various State or Commonwealth legislation may require that we collect certain personal information. 

All That's Physical may use your personal information to contact you to send you information regarding our services.

If you do not provide us with any or all of the personal information we request, then we may not be able to assist you.  You can get more information about the way that All That's Physical manages your personal information by writing to The Manager, All That’s Physical at 28 Scott Street SA 5321.  Please note you may gain access to your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and have it corrected, if required.
